Lucie Chalet graduated as a master in computer vision and image processing and as a biomedical engineer from the University of Franche Comté in Besançon, France in 2021. The following three years were dedicated to Ph.D. research at the University Claude Bernard in Lyon, France, with a final defense in 2024 for a thesis titled "Quantitative measurement of oxygen metabolism with MRI in clinical stroke : The contribution of tissue magnetic susceptibility".
In December 2024, she joined the Department of Neuroscience, Imaging and Clinical Sciences of the University "G. d'Annunzio" as a post-doctoral researcher focusing on susceptibility-induced MRI signal modeling and comparison of oxygen metabolism measurements on hybrid PET-MRI acquisitions.
